The Nicosia Police has forewarned civilians of loud noises and explosions in the Analyondas area, since they will be destroying more than a thousand different firecrackers that they have confiscated during Easter.
The police will destroy the stash in an army shooting range in this region.
They have said that the public must not be scared since every appropriate measure for safety and security have been taken.
